Straight Talk for Teens

Straight Talk is a ministry for teens and young adults focusing on the pressures that youth face in our society. Straight Talk seeks to reach out youth for Christ. This rapture ready generation will have to push forward the kingdom of God invading new territory for out Lord. Through Straight Talk we communicate the oracles of God in a manner that a new generation can both embrace and understand.

We reach youth with the truth.

Straight Talk is a bold in your face confrontation with the truth of the word and the truth about the world. We engages our youth in the real life issues through the word of God, strengthening their faith, commitment and walk with God. We tackle topics that others may shy away from. As we expose the spiritual attacks and invoke divinely revealed solutions thoughts are reshaped equipping our youth to deal with the distractions that would hinder their walk with Christ.

 We reach youth with understanding

With each generation bearing the weight of the actions of the previous era our youth are engaged in a battle dealing with both spiritual and moral realities that they are often ill equipped to handle. Youth deal with the same challenges as the past generations did at a much earlier age. The maturity levels of our youth are often strained to handle the pressures of life. At Straight Talk we give the youth an outlet to express themselves, preventing them from acquiring the yokes of bondage that  have been brought forth by our society.

We reach youth with mentoring

At Straight Talk we monitor and mentor at risk youth. Through our mentoring program we are developing youth in becoming mature Christian believers. Our goal is to set the example through honest and transparent relationship building, establishing a model for success and ensure the growth of each youth encountered.

Straight Talk Meets the third Friday of each month at 7:00PM.
