Deacon Ramon Banda is a core member of Crossing Ministry and the son of Crossing Ministry founder the late, Bishop Leon Ralph. Deacon Ramon has studied music and sound for years performed around the world in the secular realm. Since becoming a born again believer he has committed his time and talents to the service of the Lords. Deacon Ramon is married to Minister Karin Banda and they are raising two children together.

The Sound of the Gospel Media Ministry is dedicated to enhancement of the hearing of the Gospel—whether through work behind the scenes or in front of a camera, Members participate in the worship services by controlling sound, recording services for broadcast and showing video. The Sound of the Gospel Media Ministry is also integral part of the Mission of Crossing Ministries to get the word out of the four walls of the church to a place where it can bear fruit world wide.
